On Wednesday July 9th, TSR hosted an online event Roundtable Discussion on Side Hustles. Members and guests gathered to explore how professionals balance full-time work with passion projects and entrepreneurial ventures.
Guided by a few opening prompts, the discussion flowed naturally, with participants sharing their own experiences, challenges, and wins. Topics included getting started, finding balance, funding side hustles, and turning ideas into sustainable ventures.
Everyone left with practical insights, new ideas, and encouragement from peers navigating similar journeys. The Side Hustle Roundtable showed how TSR creates space not just for inspiration, but also for honest conversations that help members move forward.
